By joining and signing this The American Dream Learning Center PMA Membership Application , and / or the Facebook Groups , or any other Social Media Groups started by , created by , or organized by ,  Andrea Rogers  , et al. , or the The American Dream Learning Center PMA , I agree to the terms and conditions of Association President , Andrea Rogers , et al. , and the The American Dream Learning Center Private Membership Association Application Agreement as follows :

1.     As a member of this Association , I agree that our main objective is to promote , encourage , expand , and enhance knowledge and skills including but not limited to : wellness of mind , body , spirit , and soul ; provide natural functional therapies ; create a sense of community ; to assist members in achieving their fullest spiritual , mental , emotional , and physical health and well-being ; to assist with any and all aspects of sustainable living , faith , self-reliance , health , meal preparation , building , construction , organic growing , and other methods of developing resources entrusted to us by the Creator ;

2.     To provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections granted by our Creator ; as acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution as a faith based private membership organization ;

3.     Member agrees , per the Association President , an annual suggested offering of $ 80.00/hour may be requested with the Membership Application Agreement ;

4.     We believe that the Constitution of the United States of America and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantee our members the rights of free speech , petition , assembly , and the right to gather for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions , Charters , and Statutes ;

5.     We hereby declare that we are exercising our right of “ freedom of association ” as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions , as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada ; this means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only ;

6.     We declare the basic right of all our members to decide which members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including , but not limited to : physical and mental health care assistance and to accept from those members all counsel , advice , tips , whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us ;

7.     We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing , treating , and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness ;

8.     The mission of this Association is to provide members with the highest quality information and support and to provide a forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections ; guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution ; remaining fully intact ;

9.       Member agrees to disclose any and all relationships , whether direct or indirect , both Domestic and Foreign , with any of the following , including but not limited to : Government 

Agencies , Entities , Non-Governmental organizations (NGO’s) , Bureaus , Associations , Corporations , Contractors , paid or non-paid informants , Federal , State or Local Law Enforcement , or any other individual or group , seeking to expose the private workings of , or interfere with , this Private Membership Association , its members , or its President , Andrea Rogers , et al. ;

10.    Member agrees and signs this Private Membership Association , or any other social media group organized , created , or managed by the PMA , and agrees with these principles and policies as a member of this association , providing said person has not been sanctioned or banned by the administrator , and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared ;

11.    Membership to this association and to these groups , may be terminated by Association President , Andrea Rogers  , et al. , at any time should he or she conclude that a specific member is interacting with him or her , or any other members in a way that is contrary to the focus and principles of this association ;

12.    I agree this contract began on the date of my joining and signing the The American Dream Learning Center PMA membership application , or any other Association designated within the Association bylaws ;

13.    I also agree , by my own free will and volition , that by signing this membership agreement , I will not disclose any activities , actions , transactions , or communications relating to this Association ; I will maintain and protect the Information and materials , of all members , as private , and will not share , copy , store , any content of The American Dream Learning Center Private Membership Association , unless otherwise asked to do so by the Association President Andrea Rogers , et al. ;

14.    I also agree , by my own free will and volition , that I will not hold The American Dream Learning Center Private Member Association , nor the Association President , Andrea Rogers  , et al. , nor its members , nor it suppliers, nor its associates , nor its guests , liable or responsible , in any form , for any injuries or damage to body , property , reputation , that may be incurred during the course of the association related activities or events ;

15.       I declare that by joining and signing this Association and / or the Associations FaceBook groups , or any other Associations social media groups , I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it ;
